Products and Warranty

Product warranty depends on the equipment brand, supplier and bill terms. Service or installation warranty, if applicable, will be communicated during quotation.

Customer Responsibility

Customers should provide correct location details, access to installation areas, stable power points where required, and accurate requirement information.

Support

After-sales support, CCTV camera service, repair, maintenance and AMC work may be chargeable depending on issue type and service agreement.
